Agreement to terms of usage as prerequisite to using the Frist Center for the Visual Arts’ website:

In the event of a dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement or to the content, services, images, graphics, products or representations provided on or through this website, litigation must brought in state or federal court in Nashville, Tennessee.

Our Commitment To Privacy:
Your privacy is important to us.To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. To make this notice easy to find, we make it available on our homepage and at other points where personally identifiable information may be requested.

The Information We Collect:

We use non-identifying and aggregate information to better design our website and tailor programs and services to meet the needs of our visitors. We will not disclose any information that could be used to identify those individuals.

Please note that we may occasionally make the information that we collect available to sister cultural organizations and may use our lists for membership and other solicitations and informational mailings.

Periodically, either by email or on the website, the Frist Center may ask your participation in an online survey, and that survey may ask you to provide demographic information for the purpose of analyzing data to improve our operations.  The information you may provide is used only to help us understand and better serve our audiences.

From time to time, the Frist Center may use an outside vendor for the purpose of analyzing information.  The Frist Center requires vendors maintain the security of the information provided and restricts vendors from sharing any information they may receive in the course of providing analysis for the Frist Center.

Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
